Refund Policy

At TheBlueChipRoom, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality artwork. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We ask that you carefully review your order before purchase.

1. General Policy

  • Original Artwork: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

  • Limited Edition Prints & Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges are only available if the item is damaged or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • All original artworks

  • Commissioned or custom-made pieces

  • Digital downloads (NFTs, digital files, etc.)

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately at returns@thebluechiproom with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once received, a replacement or refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
